AT&T voicemail is available with both their regular phone service and their broadband telephony CallVantage service.

AT&T national voicemail service is available to consumer customers who use AT&T as their primary long-distance carrier. This service has a one-time $10.95 setup fee, and a $6.95 monthly fee (or $10.95 for the VoiceMail Plus package).

The AT&T basic voicemail package includes:

  • A personal greeting (up to one minute) or 3-second system greeting with spoken name
  • Ability to record and send a message to a group list (up to 20 names)
  • Voicemail storage for up to 40 messages with 15 day expiration
  • Message waiting indication via stutter tone on phone
  • Special message alerts delivered to specific telephone number
  • Daily and one-time reminders
  • Message retrieval by calling voicemail
